Introduction
Welcome to ReviveStore.com (“ReviveStore”), the Revive online store web site. ReviveStore is a web-based service operated by Revive, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (“Revive”). This web site may provide you with opportunities to make purchases through ReviveStore. These Purchasing Terms set forth the rules and policies governing purchases made using ReviveStore. These Purchasing Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are part of the Terms and Conditions, and may be updated or modified without notice by Revive at any time for any reason. Your continued use of this site constitutes your agreement to be bound by any such revisions.

Scope of Policy
These Purchasing Terms apply to online purchases made using ReviveStore, and do not necessarily apply to purchases made at any Revive retail location.

Payments
Advanced payment in full is required for all orders. We currently accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure ordering system. ReviveStore does NOT accept any other form of payment. We use a 256-bit SSL encryption certificate provided by Comodo, one of the world’s leading providers of e-commerce security. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to see how we keep your Personal Information secure.

Order Processing
Orders for merchandise that is in-stock will usually be processed and shipped within one or two business days. Processing will usually begin as soon as an order is received, therefore, orders may not be modified, combined or cancelled once they have been processed.

Shipping Process and Rates
Orders will ship via UPS, FedEx, United States Postal Service, or other insured delivery. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for regular shipping and delivery of in-stock items. Order processing and shipping may be slightly delayed during U.S. holiday seasons. We do not ship COD or to PO boxes. We do not ship orders outside the continental United States.
Shipping and handling fees: We offer a tiered shipping rate as well as next day and second day options. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns and Exchanges
Revive’s goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange (In Store-2 weeks with receipt and tags intact.
Online- 3 weeks from shipping date. tags intact). Purchases made online at ReviveStore may be returned by registered and insured mail or in person at a Revive location.
In order to receive a refund or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and bearing the original tags. An original receipt or invoice must accompany all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment. All returns must be made within 30 days of the original ship date. Buyer incurs the cost for return shipping. Clearance items are final sale.

PLEASE NOTE: Revive does not accept any COD packages.


Sales Tax
Orders shipped within Ohio will be charged 8% sales tax. Orders outside of Ohio will not be charged sales tax.

Items Not In-Stock
If any item is not in-stock, you will be notified by e-mail after we process your order. If you want to backorder the item, we will again notify by email when item is in stock and ready to ship. If all of your ordered items are not in-stock, your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged. If any of your items are in-stock, we will ship those items. You will be charged tax, shipping and handling only for those items that will be shipped.

Non-Returnable Merchandise
Artwork, jewelry, lingerie, swimwear and media such as CDs and DVDs are not eligible for return. Revive will, however, gladly exchange any defective merchandise.

Undelivered Packages
Revive will not re-ship any order that was not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete. Revive will not refund any order that was not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless the order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Revive.
If your order is returned as undeliverable to Revive, we will notify you via e-mail that your order has been cancelled due to a failed delivery attempt and you will be issued a refund of your order subtotal. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. Revive will not re-ship orders returned as undeliverable. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE DURING CHECKOUT IS COMPLETE AND ACCURATE BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER.
