MarketPlace: Handwork of India works with 12 women’s cooperatives, over 450 individuals, who produce hand printed and embroidered apparel and accessories. On each piece of clothing is sewn the words, "Dignity, Not Charity." These words are given life through artisans' direct involvement in planning, producing and managing the line. The women in each group make their own decisions about such things as profit sharing and social programs.

The beautiful, handmade products are made using natural hand print and natural dyes.
